some questions about Cellski's Mr. Predicter CD

I have my boy's copy of this classic right now, in which he claims it's the OG. And I need to ask...

1. How many times was it repressed (if any) ?
2. Can someone provide a scan of the OG insert booklet (inside and out) ?
3. About 20 seconds into track #9, entitled "Young Niggas", there's a bad distortion that makes a terrible sound for a few seconds. Does this happen on the OG, or only on the represses (in any) ?

that og. . the repress- the track was fixed. I got sealed for sale. for the repress on the face of cd inner city 2k re-release the og doesnt say that.
