SOFTWARE QUESTION?

I was recently given a copier for my computer..I pluged everything in..then the install wizard said i need to insert the software that came with it, and i wasnt given a disk..Is there any way to retrieve this off the Web?..or any other way to do this..THANK YOU!

Usually the company will still supply the software/drivers. What is the make and model?
