How many of you are absolutely sober, and if so, have you always been sober or did you quit at some point?
To those that aren't sober 4 days a week or more, what benefits do you gain?
Even daily? Also, doing it for your kids is a great reason. I think it was you who said you work out or lost weight or something for the sake of seeing your daughter grow or something.
Quit drinking 2 weeks ago. Drank everyday for a long time. And haven't smoked in months. I'll do nose beers when it's offered but it was never really my thing. So this 2 weeks is the most sober I've been in years.
been trying to cut back been drinking a pint of liquor and a few beers 4-6 times a week gone on week long benders going to work waiting for it to be over so i could drink now been going to the gym starting to feel better edibles have helped me cut the craving of alcohol
I’m dead ass sober. Haven’t drank in over a year n quit smoking weed jan1. I had all the fun I could have drinkn.. n smokin weed got old... the biggest benefit is health, physical and mental.
I did good w my life intoxicated. I put together some nice shit n hit some big licks. And avoided catastrophes. But I prob coulda done a lot better had I not been sedated the whole time.
