I haven't really kept weighing myself for the fact of discouragement. It fucks with my mind too much, Bro. I'm just focused on changing my lifestyle & eat at certain times without snacking in between. Babies mama is 8 weeks prego again, so it fuckin' hard cause she's craving & eating weird & sometimes bomb ass food at night, but then get's sick and wants me to eat, but fuck that.
I've been at it a little over a month, plus taking walks etc. This past weekend though I went to a bbq and noticed my clothes fitting slightly baggy. Just a start, Bro.
