i stopped watching after the stonecold era, i just got older and watched other shows. but im not knockin u guys at all for liking it, but what is it that still keeps u interested, in my opinion, the story lines seem too fake for an adult to believe, or maybe its just still fun to watch, what do u guys think.

I started watching when Mike Tyson got involved...been hooked since, but past year or two it has really gone downhill, but there's nothing better on Monday night tv so I put it on anyways.

And I'll probably be at Wrestlemania...can't pass of the feel/experience of that atmosphere. I've already done 2 Superbowls.

I'm not stupid enough to believe that any of the storylines in wrestling are real, but it's damn good entertainment. Some of those guys are great at portraying their character: i.e. Edge, Santino Marella

Its entertaining, same reason people watch those scripted ass "reality" shows like "flavor of love" its filled with drama and its entertaining, They puled ridiculous non believable stunts in the stone cold era too probably even more so. I remember kane and paul bearer dug up the undertakers parents bones up and lit them on fire or some shit. lol

I watched way back in the day.....then I stopped when I got into high school.....then I turned it to wwf one day and seen stone cold against someone, might've been the rock.....but I was like "why both these foo's just fighting in their underwear? this shit is hella boring, all they're doing is punching each other" then I switched station to wcw....they had the nwo gimmick going on so I watched that here & there.....but wcw didn't have the vocal talent that wwe did, they had raw wrestlers mixed in with foos that were wack (or old) as fuck......I started watching again hella more when y2j went to wwf and actually was watching each week & going to events......but it was kinda more about the people I was kicking it with, I missed a few episodes and tried to watch again (I would be taping them since I usually worked) and I'd end up skipping thru most of the shit....I rarely watch now, but I will watch if its an event about to take place or something....like the benoit memorial.....benoit was one of my favorite wrestlers....RIP the Rabbit Wolverine

Personally, its just something I've always watched.. I started watching a lot more after I got DVR because I never had to worry about watching it every Monday night and shit, so if I have better things to do, I'll do them.

I never watch live anymore, actually I find myself barely even able to watch anymore, but it usually gets pretty good leading into Mania and then gets terrible slightly after..

But, I honestly don't know why I watch it, it's just something I do.

For a while I was watching Raw, Smackdown, TNA, and ECW... But now I'll watch Raw and only ECW occasionally. I've given up on SD! and ECW.

I personally think that the buyout of wcw and the merger instead of "rival" brands ruined professional wrestling. I remember watching that night when shane appeared on nitro and thinking this is going to either be the best or worst thing to happen in wrestling.

I was really hyped when that happened, but they fucked that up so bad. They didn't bring the good WCW guys in when they were in there primes, instead they waited years.

And they pretty much buried all of WCWs top guys that they did bring over. Look at Booker getting stuck with Golddust and shit.

the only good thing that came outta that was the boost (for a short time) in the lightheavyweight/cruiserweight matches. that was one of the main reasons I stuck with wcw and I was glad that they at least brought some foos over for that.
