fitz is owed $14 million in 2008 and $18 million in 2009......im not sure if the cards wanna trade him.....fitz and his agent are lookin for a 4 yr contract that pays between $25 to $30 million guranteed......dunno if the cheap-ass bastard bidwills wanna pay that much money for a good receiver.....if not then the arizona cardinals orginization has fucked itself over once again

the cards are idiots if they lose fitzgerald. they have the beginnings of a high powered offense in a winnable division, they just need a better oline

Cards got too much money invested on offense. Money on Warner, Leinart, Boldin, Fitzgerald, James...not to mention that its the offensive linemen who are gonna drive Whisenhunts offense once the transition is complete. And their D only has one or two stars on it. I think it would be a good investment to get rid of Fitzgerald and invest in the defense. But I wouldn't get rid of Fitzgerald. I was in undergrad when he was at Pitt and I was at every homegame he ever played in. I think he's the best player on their team.

I hope the Eagles don't get him, but I could see why they'd want him. A proven wide receiver without the ego. I bet that's real tempting for the Eagles.
