This is what I've been hearing, and the more I've been hearing about Gotti lately, makes me really believe it now....Cause peep game. Back in 2006, he was SUPPOSE to blow up then, but TVT didn't do shit for his "Back 2 Da Basics" album that he dropped that year. But 3 years later, he's dropping mad mixtapes, associating himself with Gucci Mane and OJ Da Juiceman, actually has been getting off his ass to get to where he is at now....Now he's got a new single, "Five Star" which is getting damn good rotation on MTV Jams, and shit, its even on 106 & Park's countdown. I know theres a couple of heads that cant fuckin accept it, but shit, I've heard it from a Memphis head myself that not many are bumping HCP out there now, and that Gotti has had shit on lock for about 4 years now down there....so I don't know wtf any of these mothafuckas are talking about, and I am a very big HCP head, but you gotta give credit when the credit is due.

Now he is not the KING Of Memphis, but he has come along way from where he was a couple of years ago now. Plus with all that said, Im looking forward to his new album, Live From The Kitchen.....Should be dope

Yall hear about this???

Im from memphis and Yo Gotti is the man there now in teh streets and music and he just signed a new million dollar deal with j Records. He knocking dj paul off that king of memphis thrown. his new single 5 star bitch is taking off fast. also the reason it took gotti awhile to get on teh level h on now is bc paul black balled him with tvt and shit

Yeah who cares....Yo Gotti will never have shit on 3 6 ever. 3 6 has got so much classic shit from 95-05 its not even close, Yo Gotti has had only a couple songs I like, 3 6 has like 500. But yeah, we ALL know 3 6 has fallen off over the past 3 years, it happens to everyone it seems like. Its amazing that they've been doing this and being successful all these years with their own label.

They did that shit to gotti, kia and all they ex artist they payed off djS, AND the radio not to play tHEy music. and when 3 6 was poppin on tHE mainstream they bad mouth them artists making it hard for them to get work on teh mainstream level. Koopsta Knicca, Kia and Gangsta Boo, Kingpin Skinny Pimp been talked about this. Paul & Juicy are some selfish dirty niggas and did alot of people wrong and it its coming back on them now.



Did you know if it wasnt for koopsta knicca there wouldve never been no mystic styles album. Bc koopsta payed for the professional studio time and the mixing and mastering of that album

Yo Gotti new to the mainstream and just now getting started he bout to blow the fuck up bc everybody bumps him. I havent heard anybody round this way bumping either paul or juicy solo albums over the summer i did hear cocaine muzik bump many times though and that 5 star chick song.


You gotti always been dropping heat even before the deal. I remeber his song after i fuck your bitch. also he ended mac e's career in memphis on them disses.


Im waiting for tommy wright III to drop thsi new shit he been recording

I dont care if you've heard anyone bumpin paul or juicys solos, I said nothing about that. I said Gotti will never have shit on 3 6. 3 6 and 8Ball & MJG will always be the Kings of Memphis rap. One because their shit is amazing, two because rap now a days is nothing compared to the 90s and even early 00's, so I don't care what Gotti does. Back 2 Da Basics was just an average CD, 3 6 and Ball & G have so many classic albums its crazy, they are legends in the south.

IMO, Three 6 Mafia fell off when they made that "Lolli Lolli" garbage with Akon. Every time I hear that song, I change the station. I realize you have to change with the times, but c'mon.
