Alaska | Measure 2: Legalizing Marijuana

Would legalize the cultivation, use and sale of marijuana for persons 21 and older; the state and local government would regulate marijuana like alcohol and tobacco; doctors would be able to prescribe drugs to all patients, including children; public use laws could be enacted by the government as well as laws in the interest of public safety.


I think some of yall are goin Eskimo if this one passes.

a lot of states have medical marijuana now, but a lot of them also don't have any doctors that are willing to recomend it, because they're afraid that the feds might try and prosecute them (they don't have laws protecting doctors like cali does) so it doesn't really do any good...also other states have not set up a way to regulate dispensaries (cannabis clubs) so even if you are a medical patient in these states, you will not have easy acces to your medicine, unless you grow it yourself...
