IMO
I think he's pushing what Farakhan is saying. The 20th anniversary of the million man march is this year and Farakhan is asking for rappers to come out and support and listen to what he has to say....

Farakhan knows the voice of the rappers is strong and wants them to push a different message to the community and JT is starting...

I FEEL THE MOVEMENT BUT I DONT FEEL THE ENFORCEMENT EFFORT AND THE ENERGY OF IT BEIN A THREAT. I TOOK A SHOT AT TRYING TO CHANGE THE WORLD AND STREETS YEARS AGO WHEN I DID THUG RELIGION AND I WAS IN SEVERAL HOODS PUSHIN THE LINE BUT TRYING TO MAKE RULES IN THE RAPGAME IN 2015 WHEN IT ACTUALLY STARTED IN THE 70'S DONT ADD ALL THE WAY UP TO ME AND MAYBE WE NEED SOME KIND OF MEETING SO WE CAN DECIPHER WHO THIS MSG IS ACTUALLY FOR AND WHAT STEPS WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY TAKEN TO MAKE IT COME TO LIFE. IM NOT AGAINST UNITY AND PROGRESSION AT ALL BUT IF THIS ISNT HANDLED THE RIGHT WAY ITS GONNA BE NO DIFFERENT THAN RELIGIOUS CIVIL WARS THAT GO ON ALL OVER THE WORLD

GANGS AND VIOLENCE WAS HERE BEFORE RAP WAS EVER CREATED. I DONT THINK AIMING THIS AT JUST RAPPERS IS THE BEST ROUTE TO TAKE. IF EVERY RAPPER IN THE WORLD STOPPED RAPPING TODAY,THERE WOULD STILL BE GUNS,DRUGS,CRIME AND VIOLENCE. THATS MY MAIN POINT AND I WILK TALK TO JT PEESONALLY AND LET HIM KNOW WE NOT IN THE WAY BUT AS FAR AS A COMPANY AND BUSINESS I GIVE ALL ARTISTS THE RIGHT TO SPEAK THEIR MIND AND RAP HOW THEY WANNA RAP BECUZ COMING INTO THE GAME THAT WAS ONE OF THE MAIN DECIDING FACTORS IN THE ROUTE I CHOSE AND THE REASON I SIGNED TO AN ALLEGED "GANGSTA RAP" LABEL. FREEDOM OF SPEECH HAS ALWAYS BEEN IMPORTANT TO ME

I for one, would never practice any thug religion in which Mr. Tay is preaching the sermon. #SimpleScience

Someone tell JT to stop acting like hes to cool post on here anymore lol. Hes not really relevant music wise these days even on the independent level and not running a label. He needs to chill hes not some community leader especially when hes in ATL and not in his own city. All i see him doing is making super low budget movies these days, thats so 10 years ago. I guess hes made a name for himself in ATL but so what. To me hes just that dude these days thats trying to find that new scam or make money off another persons success.

You mean rap like this:?

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=um4trpr5UQs"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=um4trpr5UQs[/ame]

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSy_sAy98Go"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSy_sAy98Go[/ame]

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6tIJ1JyzVI"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6tIJ1JyzVI[/ame]

It ain't going nowhere. There will be always a gutter. That mainstream rubbish can go die off though.

Gangsta rap was installed by the US government to establish a culture for African-American youths to act on which to commit crimes so they can be incarcerated, and can't nobody but the US government stop it. But there's too much money to be made by private and state prisons coming from tax payers, so don't ever expect it to stop.
