Carter explains that the group began with a rapper called D-Loc da Chop, who recorded a song with Tech N9ne (one of Kansas City's few successful hip-hop exports) when D-Loc was only 17. D-Loc's friend, a rapper who now goes by Cash Image, told him to get serious about the music.
Article is dated December 2007. Anyway, this raises a question or a statement. Either, "Where is this song the two recorded?" or "The Pitch is horrible at fact checking."

That's the point I'm getting at. Either D-Locc Da Chop has recorded with Tech (prior to Sickology), or The Pitch is mixing up D-Locc Da Chop and D-Loc, the later of which has collaborated with Tech at least four times.

D-Loc > D-Locc

Cash Image and himself on Let Me In were pretty generic sounding to say the least... other than the production that track is a poor example of 'lyrical' which coincides with the albums concept

I was looking forward to another D-Loc &/or Dalima collabo... surprising neither make an appearance

Let Me In....Cash Image (first verse)/D-Locc (second verse)

I actually think Cash Image went harder than D-Locc on this track. It may be a generic sound but that STYLE is generic in itself. I mean how many times have we heard that gangsta/hood style...over and over. Look at how many gangsta style tracks were on MLK. I think that's what Tech is going for on "Let Me In" though. Besides Krizz...all KC rappers Tech collabs with...are gangsta style hood shit. I think he's looking for that hard/gangsta style shit....and both these dudes from KC. How many "non-hood" style rappers are in KC that are popular? Not many! That's why Tech is beloved.
