On his way out of Chattanooga today, President George W. Bush made an unscheduled stop at Porker’s BBQ on Market Street.
A crowd gathered near the restaurant, but was kept across the street by Secret Service agents.
Diners inside the restaurant shook hands with the president and posed for photos taken by those using cell phones. Before leaving Porker’s, the president joined restaurant employees in having their photograph taken.
“I highly recommend it,” he said, upon leaving the restaurant.
