I don't like the beat, but I like the message. What the fuck does it take?!?!?! I do know though that The West, WAS dope & ALIVE when it was nothing but G-Funk and Bay Area Mobb Funk (We all fucking know that!), they should have continued with that trend, but naaaaah, they started jocking the South and started changing their sound. Basically the West is trying to immitate the South ATM, but that shit ain't going to fly for the general public since if they want that true Southern sound, their going to go str8 to the original source first which is the South, then they'll look to the West second. The West should have just kept it original with their big basslines, chords,... FUNK sound, that would have separated them from the South and East for the most part, but now their pretty much all combined into one sound, which is the South. So as fan if you want that Southern sound, your going to look at the original Southern artists first, then the West and East.
There's really not much of a difference lyrically or musically. I think people only call it different because G-Funk tends to be associated more with SoCal (LA). So to distinguish the two by location, you can call one G-Funk and the other Mobb-Funk or Mobb Music.

That's the best type of Rap PERIOD, IMHO. It's REAL music from the lyrics to the actual beats themselves. Fools these days be making some WACK @ss shit, it's sad. They don't even use real instrument sounds anymore in the beats or good musical technique. It's all some wierd fucking jungle beats and one finger melody bullshit and annoying fag sounds like whistles and other techno FX sounding shit that shouldn't have no place in hiphop. "Lean wit it, rock wit it" "walk it out, walk it out" haha, WTF!!! If you like that kind of shit you need to get your head out of your ass cuz that shit ain't real music, it's fucking noise and childish.
