That's why I personally like Smoov. He knows he's not a gangster. That's why he raps about smokin' and chillin out and slangin shit. Plus, to all you who say he "claims" Sebastopol, I really doubt he's "claiming" it the same way folks claim Watts or shit like that. He's just saying that's where he's from. Plus, technically he's from Tennessee (I think). I gotta admit, he's beats do sometimes drag on and get old, but I like to put his shit on my 3 cd changer, hit shuffle, kick back and smoke a big fat blunt.

Funny observation - all his cd's he's got both Dre's, Dubee, Reek, X Raided, etc......, but he's never invited (or even paid) on their solo cd's. Ha.
