Let's say I wanted to make like a title card in photoshop and put it into a video clip. What should be the ideal size of that picture? I was thinking well it's obviously whatever size the video is, but I'm sure it won't look as good as let's say it's burned to a DVD and seen on a larger screen, right?

Taken from the Adobe Website...

You can create your own custom templates from scratch in Photoshop CS or Photoshop Elements but they must be PAL frame size (720 x 576). (The 1.06 ratio pixels of PAL at 720x576 produce virtually the same screen size as the .9 ratio pixels of NTSC at 720x480.)

How can I edit DVD templates for Premiere Elements 3?
