Former NO LIMIT records artist Skullduggery was sentenced on Monday, April 11th to six years in prison for possession of violent child pornography during a raid. Guns and drugs were also found during the raid.
Skullduggery, born Andrew Jordan, pleaded guilty to child porn and drug-related weapons charges after reaching an agreement with the Louisiana state Attorney General’s office according to local Baton Rouge, LA newspaper,THE ADVOCATE.
Authorities found several movies and images depicting the rape and sexual abuse of children on Jordan’s laptop while searching his Baton Rouge home Sept. 25, 2009, an affidavit of probable cause said.
Attorney General’s Office investigators and East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies also found a .40-caliber handgun, a .223-caliber rifle and marijuana in Jordan’s bedroom in the 1700 block of Briar Oak Drive, Assistant Attorney General Stephen Martin told Daniel.
Jordan’s attorney, Don Stelly, said Jordan faced up to 20 years in prison in the case.
Jordan will serve the sentence without chance of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
In the late 1990s, Jordan plead guilty to one count of pornography involving juveniles and one count of attempted illegal carrying of weapons with a controlled dangerous substance.
