Baron Davis on Monday denied he told Stephen Jackson he wants to leave the Clippers and return to the Warriors.

"We talked about how I miss playing with him," he said. "When you see people, you miss what you had. Obviously, in no way shape or form am I ready to jump ship." It's hard to believe that this drama is somehow brewing with the Warriors and Clippers - well, actually it's not hard to believe.
damn....

I DONT THINK BARON WOULD MAKE THAT MUCH OF AN IMPACT IF HE WERE TO GO BACK... HES PUTTIN UP SIMILAR NUMBERS AS THE STARTING GUARDS ON THE WARRIORS, BUT WHO KNOWS...

It doesn't matter about numbers, it matters about chemistry and him being clutch

i'd say it's a longshot, but the article does stir the pot up !!! Marcus Thompson does get reliable inside info most of the time, so I don't think he miss quoted JAcko or took it out of context.

Now that the W's aren't having the best season, it's only natural for us to wish something will shake this team up for the better. Maggette said it was gonna be VERY different for BD in Clipperland, and he was right. Dun Sr. coaching is night and day compared to NElson's. BD even said, he walks the ball up, looks at Dunlevey for the play, and then the shot clock is down to 8 seconds LOL......

Was I gonna be jumping for joy if Baron resigned a 4-5 year deal with the W's in the off-season ? Not really !!! I look at it as the same situation when JRIch was here. Monta's growth was being stunted if they kept JRich last year. Shipped JRIch to dump tons of $$$, and also got BWRight, and look what Monta did last year.
With BD gone, the W's were ready to let Monta step his game up even more, but then the "accident" happened.

Now "if" anything happens, to get BD back, we'd have to give up Magz (that is fine with me), Marcus Williams (go ahead), "maybe" Crawford after his 2 months on the W's is up (he would be a GREAT 6th man for the W's), and most likely BWright or Randolph.
Sorry for the novel, we'll see how this story unfolds.

GO WARRIORS !!!
