Eazy-E made it possible for a lot of L.A. artist to be successful even after his death. If you are hip to the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, i'm going to start the Six Degrees of Eazy-E. Basically, you can connect a lot of successful entertainers out of SoCal to Eazy-E. I'll start with some Examples.

Eminem, discovered by Dr. Dre, who was a founding member of N.W.A. (Eazy)

Snoop Dogg, discoverd by Dr. Dre

Death Row Records, founded by Suge Knight, because Dre left N.W.A.

Katt Williams, featured in "Friday" series, produced by Cube, who was discovered by Eazy-E

Chris Tucker, featured in "Friday", prod. by, Cube , discoverd by Eazy

I'm not from Cali, but it seems like if it wasn't for Eazy, putting together the group N.W.A., a lot of history would be all together different....

Suge Knight founded Death Row because he was a irrelevant body guard for Ruthless REcords and used to follow & ask Jerry Heller many questions. And then stole Dre away from Ruthless and formed his 15 mins of fame.

15 mins of fame? He made one of the Best (sales wise) West Coast labels and set a standard with soo man classic songs. That is more that 15 mins of fame.

I'd say that shit about Suge and any news now, but not back then.
