the first time i heard eminem was "I just don't give a fuck", the old version, from slim shady ep. When I heard the song, I thought it was sick as fuck...i didn't know who was rapping...later i found out it was some white dude. He is skilled, period. As for him being mainstream, I don't think that's his fault. He used several tracks from his underground EP on his first mainstream release, so how did he go pop? His style has changed from SSLP, but he didn't switch up...he's still one of the most talented rappers in the game, regardless of color. As for him being a bitch, and attacking easy targets...i think that's bullshit too. He called out canabis in his most recent LP, and canibus didn't say shit. He's quick to diss anybody...when he had beef with ICP, and saw the dude in the streets, he confronted him. When his girl was making out with some random dude...he cracked him upside the head with a pistol...don't act like he's a little bitch who isn't bout his shit at all. Now, I'm not saying he's hard, and will knock everybody out...i personally dont give a shit....but this guy gets a bad rap based on a lot of shit he can't control...my 2 pennies

fuck color, I been listenin Hip Hop since Pac's Me against world dropped, almost 10 years and i think i can recognise real talent.
