Back in 2001, Triple Sicx and his then girlfriend (now wife), Anna Lopez (alias Aniya Jamison), were arrested on 69 counts of repeated child molestation, rape, and the photographing of young girls. One of the girls was allegedly his daughter. Since then, they still not have gone to trial, additional charges have been added, and Lopez is reportedly claiming to have been diagnosed with Multiple Personality Syndrome back in 1996. In other words, she allegedly insists that she is insane.
The following is an exclusive statement from the mother of one of the victims:
"To all who responded to the arrests of Sicx (real name Max Kunitz) and Anna Lopez, 'accused' of over 85 counts of lewd acts with a minor, rape, and child pornography, the story my daughter paints is her truths. Never once have I doubted her. This is a personal account, a different view. I am one of the victim's mothers. For our protection, her name will remain private.
I was already four months pregnant with my daughter when we began dating. Max isn't her biological father. He asked me if he could be her 'daddy.' I thought Max was a good father, and so began our lives. Max was there when I delivered her and gave her my name, because she was my birthday baby. We lived together for four years with many ups and downs. He was addicted to sex and cheated on me often. He manipulated women, not because of sexual attraction, but rather his need to be in control and the 'kill' of the chase. I dreaded the idea of being sexual with Max. I could only be with him when I was drunk. This was no fairy tale relationship, and he lived with me out of convenience. I worked and paid the bills.
Over that four years, he continued to be the same 'Old E-drinking, baby mamma-beaten, music listening, video and movie-watching, rapine & written, crank & weed-smoking, with no ambition but rapine, type nigga.' I grew over the years and soon realized this relationship was not healthy, so he moved out. I allowed him frequent visits with my daughter. This made them both happy. She always enjoyed their visits, because she could see her brother and sisters. They were very close and had a bond that no one could break.
I am angry with the media and others, who haven't acknowledge her as his daughter, at the time the crimes against her were committed. She was his 'daughter.' Sacramento family courts recognized Max as her psychological father. She wasn't just a girl down the street or a friend of the family. She spent more time with Max and Anna than his biological daughter.
From the words of my child, 'They just used me as their toy' and 'broke my trust. Max didn't really love me. He just used me.'
This type of comment from a child, who once reverenced her 'father' and hated to disappoint him.
It really hit me when she said, 'Max isn't my daddy anymore.'
Convincing factors to my conclusion of the events she describes.
The fact is, the media has failed to mention that Anna was equally and honestly more involved in molesting my child. This would take place when Max was not home, and it wasn't until later that Max began to abuse her as well. We are not talking about one event. According to my child, this happened for about one and a half to two years.
The recent plea of insanity by Anna has pushed back the trail two to three more months. Does this mean she's admitting guilt? Will that hurt Max' defense, as they are tried as co-defendants?
So Sicx' music is now self-fulfilled prophecy!
Sicx' newest album (1999's If These Walls Could Talk) pictures him sitting in the room where the crimes took place. I wonder what sick things the blue walls would tell 'if these walls could talk.'
I can't help but reflect one verse from Sicx himself, 'And, what...goes through my nigga's mind, up in his cell. That 24 deep, no sleep, much stress nigga. Nigga must be livin' up in hell. And, here I am, same motha...that got my nigga sicc, trying to kill myself, but slippin' more deeper into this sickness..."
