It's a groupd of a bunch of cats, although 2 guys did most of the rapping. Liquid was the main rapper, can't remember the name of the other main rapper. Explicit (not D.V.S.) was another guy up there. It was from around 96-97 if I remember right. Classic Sacramento shit.
