From Billboard:
Hopeless Switches From Koch To ADA
By Todd Martens, L.A.
Rock label Hopeless Records is moving its catalog and new releases to Warner Music Group’s Alternative Distribution Alliance. Based in the L.A. suburb of Van Nuys, Hopeless also operates popular Web shop smartpunk.com. In an unrelated move, Koch Entertainment Distribution in Port Washington, N.Y. has added three labels to its exclusive distribution roster.
Hopeless had been with Koch for the last couple years, and will switch to ADA on Jan. 1. Hopeless and its imprint Sub City has issued albums from the likes of Avenged Sevenfold, Thrice, the Queers and Dillinger Four, among others.
Joining Koch is dance label System Recordings, which has been home to Dieselboy, Christopher Lawrence and DJ Micro, among others. In 2006, System will issue new albums from Shasha & John Digweed, Dieselboy and Lawrence, among others. System also has a rock-focused imprint in Double Blind Music and a health/well-being label in System Special Markets. System was previously distributed by Caroline.
Also joining Koch is the previously self-distributed Mercury Entertainment Group, which releases urban-themed music and films, and hip-hop label Siccness.net. The label has worked with Kokane, Goldie Loc and Killa Tay.

That's good to hear guys! Can't wait for the new stuff to pop out on a national level! I hope the guys over there treat y'all nice and pay on time. Hopefully you'll get good promotion from them too, the KOCH Records guys are great. Just watch the books and make sure to get paid on time. I could say it again, make sure to get paid on time.
KOCH just recently got out by a huge company in Canada and ever since the purchase, their stock has been going down...shakey ground. Also in the past few months KOCH has been losing big labels(i.e. Hopeless, Epitaph, Artemis) and they have been sued by some acts (i.e. KRS-One, M.O.P).
But they seem to be on the up and up again by picking up you guys, releasing that Talib Kweli Mixtape (we'll see if he sues), that Sheek Louch CD, and just signed new deals with Doggystyle Records, and an upcoming release featuring Scarface.
Good luck with it all guys. I know you guys will be smart about it and handle yours.
Late.
