Just got off the phone with Splerg and K9 of SIC and got everyone's questions answered from the other post.

The group still consists of Splerg, Crack Dealah, K9 and Shay-D.

They have about 8 songs done right now with production from Sean-T, Mike D & Sonny B, and a few other producers. They are trying to get Rick Rock on production as well. There are no features recorded yet, just group songs. There will be a few local features, but they are really trying to put some BIG names on there. Don't wanna give 'em away yet.

The album that was supposed to drop a few years ago was completely finished back then and may be released sometime soon though. It featured Daz, Dwayne Wiggins of Tony Toni Tone, Totally Insane, Devin and Spice 1. Production was from Mike D & Sonny B, Minnesota and Rick Rock.

Splerg told me Monday night that they changed their release schedule and are dropping a Splerg solo album before the SIC group album.

Whichever ends up coming first, be sure to grab it 'cause both will be heated.

I really hope they do finally release it, even as a bonus disc or something.
