What do yall think about this?Apparently he finally admits in his book that he bet on BASEBALL?
This is the leader in HITS in Major League history,and has a few World Series rings I believe,what do you think.

I say NO,He was a good player and everything,but you do not bet on a sport while you are actively involved in at the time.If he was retired,I would say who cares,but this guy was still a manager.He may have never bet against his own team,but I still think it's wrong.

SIDENOTE:This dude would sell his own soul for the right price.Besides his QVC shit,this guy just held a press conference with a PONY hat on,and a PONY wallpaper in the background.:confused:

Yes, let him in. I've said it before and i'll say it again, he deserves to, at the very least, be in the HOF. Too bad he's doing this all for the book and now he looks like an ass that he's denied it numerous times on tv.

i have no problem with him not being allowed to ever manage again or have any job with MLB cause he did break the rules....if you break the rules at your job you get fired... But even though he broke the rules as a manager he did put up the HOF numbers as a player , the HOF is all about the history of great PLAYERS, rose was one of the best so to erase that history is wrong. Put him in the HOF everyone wants him in there anyways.

^haha...yea right...

i say let him in to the HOF.....but keep him away from the clubhouse.....he seems very greedy and acts like everythings owed to him....he really hasnt even much apologized for his actions.....i was reading that one baseball season he had a bet down on over 1/3 of all the baseball games played that year.....

i think that based on his playing he deserves to be in the HOF, but if allowed in, there should be an asterisk by his name that says "Banned for Life from Baseball".

also he shouldNT be allowed to have any role with any club or in MLB.

but it is my opinion that he (Rose) has NO CHANCE ever of getting into the HOF because the only way he can get in now is through the Veterans Committee and i just heard Bob Feller who is on the committee say that they would never allow him in.

Exactly he should be in the Hall of Fame because he was one of the greatest to ever run the bases. But he definatley shouldnt be able to manage again not that any team would hire his crookedmoneyhungrysnakeinthegrass ass lol.
