Or they'll get thrown in a segregated unit with all the rest of the chomo's... Which is the case most of the time... The system is fucked up... and a lot of these pieces of shit end up right back on the street... It's not uncommon for 3-4 time offenders to be walking around near schools, or even living near them... So does it surprise anyone when they hear stories about kids being abused, or killed by these sicko's?

I agree about this, there is a lot of grey... A 19 year old kid can have his life ruined by a 15 year old bitch, who tells him she's 18... and he's stuck with the "sex offender" moniker for the rest of his life... That's kinda messed up, if you ask me...
