BOULDER, Colo. (KTLA) -- A woman who had her bike stolen, found the bike listed on Craigslist, and stole it back.
Kathryn Lucas had parked her bike outside a sports bar on Friday night, and went inside to watch the football game between the University of Colorado and USC
She went online to file a police report, and she also searched for her stolen bike on Craigslist.
Lucas found her stolen bike on Craigslist, posed as a buyer, and arranged to see the bike. She met the seller and asked if she could take the bike for a "test ride" and that's when she "stole" her bike back.
Lucas called police after she got her bike back to tell them the exact address.
The seller of the bike, Denzel O'Neal Crawford, admitted to stealing the unlocked bike.
Police say Crawford does not have a police record and was very cooperative during the investigation.
