i slept on this game....but from the videos an screens it looks to play alot like DDS....expecially the battle system....it's turn based.



can't wait to play it...


it also has a rock soundtrack....like DDS.

I played it, it was ok, it's old and graphics weren't that great. When it comes to RPG, Breath of Fire and FF are my shit. The game gives you thrills like Resident Evil. Got tired of playing it because it takes forever and sold it for $40 and it was all scratched up.

i have dds 1 and 2...unfortunately my purcahse of them coincided with the purchase of my 360

got great deals on both too,was excited that i even found them to begin with...i will get back to them one day. just got a whole pile of games i have to finish,need to start going back and finishing them off

DDS1+2...is tripple times better than final fantasy


anyway i played nocturne.....the battle system an music are on point

there is no voice acting....but oh well still good shit


the story goes....your a high school student an then the world ends an your saved an get turned into a demon by some lil fool an some old lady

from there you have to recuit demons you fight in battle to your party....then you can fuse those demons into stronger demons...shits cooh

Shit I know I could appreciate all these games to, cuze I know you have let me know bout some sicc ass ones I ain't never seen. Ever since I was a lil kid I used to play FF2, Secret of Mana, Illusion of Gaia(sp?), Zelda: Link to the Past. I used to play all that shit wit my step grandpa when I used to visit in the summer, so ya know games like that make me feel like a lil kid again. But anyhow I'm pissed cuze I sold my PS2 for like $40-$50 some bullshit like that, and I didn't realize that was the system with all the beefy RPG games with games like the FF series and the game you laced me on, Valkyrie Profile. I'm regrettin sellin my shit now cuze 360 barely got any shit like that, but I ordered Elder Scrolls: Oblivion I heard that was sicc. Goin on that Fable right now.

i still have yet to get more than a hour into oblivion so cant really form an opinion yet...kinda hard to want to play it when i still got disgaea 2,FF12,valkyre profile 2,xenogears 3,digital devil saga 1 and 2 to finish

360 needs some turn-based and/or strategy oriented rpgs bad...and doesnt look like blue dragon is going to be the answer to my prayers either,that game doesnt appeal to me with what i have seen so far. think most of the hype behind it is for the same reason i stated above,just cause people are fiendin for a rpg
