What I don't understand is why dude don't list items like that Shreveport cassette with a starting bid of $4 instead of $0.99 -shill bidding on that one only raised the price to 4 dollars. He gotta be aware that many of his items won't sell for much anyway. Is it worth being a crook for fucking 2 dollars? OK, if you add up many items it makes a difference but it's still petty cash. Does he save a tremendous amount of listing fees by having a start bid at 99 cents compared to 4-5 dollars?

why people dont get banned if you report them, i could understand if its only one person that always reports him out of personal issues but if atleast 4-5 do it , why ebay doesnt react then ?
