they aint giving you money back without a receipt. someone can walk in there with hella boxes of stolen shoes and tell the guy they dont want them, and he wont give them $1000's of cash. i know its different for 1 pair but think if 5-10 people did that a week. thats a lot of money they could lose. and dont tell them they hurt your feet becuase then they will know you wore them and once they are wore you cant bring them back usually, unless it looks perfect tho.
