So my boy is tierd of his girl, they constantly fighting an ain't happy no more. Anyways they have a daughter together.

He wants to split and wants shared custody of his daughter. Except he ain't tryna pay child support, because we all know that no one wants to!

I'm askn for advice here because you muthafuckaz sometimes bring it up!

gonna be hard on the kid. split ups are never easy especially with court drama involved because people get into lying and pointing fingers, i think the kids soak up bad vibes from that shit and develop that sorta attitude. even tho thats how women are she should think about keeping it 100 for the kids sake..

If he knows she's gonna go to the court tell him to go file first.......Tell him to sign up for some parenting classes and get a professional to observe how him and his daugter interact with each other...And also have his X girlfriend go with the professional also....This will give some documentation to show to the judge instead of just going into court and talking shit........Tell him not to badmouth the mother in court.......

Do the parenting classes and get the supervised assesment from a professional first.....Dont just go to court empty handed......Have these documents..

ok i got a situation brewing i think and i cant find the baby momma thread so ill post it in this one since it involves child support!...

so basically,long story short,..i been a lil concerned cuz babymomma has been kinna fucking up,..like being with some dude on parole and getting put on probation for lying to the law,she basically got caught for lying about her car,her man wrecked it and ran and left it behind ,he didnt have a license and she lied and said it got stolen,cop knew she was lying,and got caught,lol dumb ass,...so she got put on court probation for it,..and then about a few weeks back she gets a dui and goes to jail for the night..now she has court again this time for getting a dui while on court probation!(she has community service to do and didnt even finish it yet)...theres a new law that passed last jan,09 that says anyone on wutever type of probation could or will face jail time,like automatic!...

so then,...like a few weeks back also,i got a call from child support saying that im in contempt cuz i havent made a payment and that they need to do the paperwork and take me to court,but if i pay,they might take me off calendar!,.???,sounds like games to me,but ok,...i owe so much i figure i might have to go anywayz!,...if not cool!...only reason why i never have paid is cuz she never sweats me for money,even when i offer it to her she brushes me off,and said its aint about the money and when i try to talk to her about anything she acts liek she dont care,..so i figured it wasnt important,u know!,plus i get my daughter alot and provide for her when shes here with me!,..i dont have a 9-5,job but i have a lil storage auction biz thing going where i buy and sell at the swap meet or at my pad to make enough money to barely get buy!..got clientele' and everything!...for taxes,wutever i give away to good will or thrift stores they gimme a reciept for a tax write off so all that is gonna go towards c.s!..there aint no fucking jobs out there and so u have to make ur own way u know!,...but if i go to court and shes in jail,wut do u think will or could happen?! anyone ever been in this type of situation?!...im just concerned cuz if they decide to take me to jail and if shes in jail already,then it could affect my daughter,..but babymomma has her grandma on the paper work also, so i dont think it will,..its just something thats concerning me,..if u have any knowledge on something like that ,please speak on it!..thaNKS MY SICCNESS FAM!!

fight for custodial parent status having her pay him child support and molding his child's future at the same time. I'm guessing she's a bitch cuz a she's a bitch but make him document all her short comings daily than put parenting plan in place to be custodial parent and fight but have his life right so when family court services investigates and makes their recommendation to the judge its in his favor, ask for guardian at leidum a good one will see who the better parent is and their recommendation is usually the one the judge fallows! hope it helped.
