Shaq and Kobe on Amare Stoudemire

first of all I should mention that the suns are sucking ASS.

anyway, I came across this article in the paper today about Amare Stoudemire. thought it was interesting.. here it is:

while shaq and kobe say they're impressed with Yao Ming, neither thinks that Yao is rookie of the year. that award, both agree, should go to amare stoudmire.

"truthfully, I dont think its close," says Bryant.

Oneal who has befriended Stoudemire, said his young friend is already among the top 20 players in the NBA. Oneal added "and next year, he'll be a top 10 player".

Its between Stoudemire and Ming right now. Ming had been pretty good throughout the year, but there isnt a doubt in my mind that Stoudemire should and will win rookie of the year.
