They'll meet May 31 on HBO PPV in a scheduled 12-round bout, probably in Las Vegas, although the venue has not been finalized, according to Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer.

"The fight is made," Schaefer told ESPN.com on Monday. "The fight is signed."

I don't see Mosley getting hurt, so, IMO, with that being Judah's only hope, I see it being a long night for him. Hopefully he starts another brawl like in the 9th or 10th...at least get some action then.

LOL @ anybody having the ability to knock out Shane. Shane has never even been remotely closed to being knocked out...not even with Cotto...who tagged him with some murderous ass bombs...and Shane took 'em like a champ. And Cotto's bombs are way more potent than anything Zab has up his sleeve.

Don't get me wrong...Zab has got some pop...but Shane has got a granite chin. One of the best in the business.

This comment is always hilarious when I read it. When has a focused Zab Judah shown up to a fight that meant anything? Besides his rematch with Spinks he's done nothing to prove this statement. You mean to tell me that Judah went into all those big fights with real opportunities for better paydays had he just fucking won and he was unfocused? Zab gets unfocused when he doesn't have his way in the ring. He gets unfocused when someone punches back and doesn't go in there to lose or just as an opponent.

"A focused Zab judah can beat anyone" is something I will never agree until he beats someone that matters at the world class level.

i feel what yall sayin i just think zab judah has a lot of talent and if he trains hard and doesnt fuck around he can beat a world class fighter. that fight with cotto would have gone way different if cotto wouldnt have hit him in the balls hard as fuck like 3 times.

Zab Judah Injures Right Arm, Mosley Bout Off

As reported earlier, the welterweight bout between Shane Mosley and Zab Judah, scheduled for May 31 in Las Vegas and carried on HBO pay-per-view, was in jeopardy due to an unknown injury suffered by Judah.

Since our news brief was posted, MaxBoxing/BoxingScene.com has learned that Judah suffered a right arm injury, that required stiches, as a result of a slip and fall. While we initially reported that the injury was suffered during training camp, one source told BoxingScene that the injury took place while Judah was in the shower.
