Shan Dogg is pretty good. He claims Rollin 30's if you're at all curious. He works closely with O.F.I who use to be on Low Profile Records. Infact, Shan Dogg made a number appearances on that album O.F.I put out a few years back, Puff On This.
Lyrically he's nothing special and he's got a flow that might annoy some people. The album that your link points to, Neighbourhood Celebrity, wasn't very good. There were a couple of good cuts but nothing special. It's worth checking out though but if you can get a hold of his other album, Toss It Up, I'd recommend you get that instead.
