Shade Sheist releases the 2nd single from his upcoming "BLACKOPS" LP, a smooth groove titled "When I'm High (IDHTS)". This offering once again showcases two of G-Funk's most talented musicians, Shade Sheist and Docc Free, who produced most of Sheist's previously released "BLACKOPS [EP]." The new Shade Sheist album will release worldwide in early 2014.
