Common is looking for beats for his new album. His new album will be turned in July. I personally talked to them and he said he's lookn for some future shit, but i say just do you and keep Common in mind.
Advice:
1. Send Full Beat. If he really wants the beat he's not going to use a 2 track version of for his album he's gonna want it tracked out.
2. If you have a signature don't have it run thru the whole beat. Often he'll write and record 2 the beat he may like and then if he feels its a strong track he'll want to keep it. If your sig is runnin all thru the beat it'll mess with his creative process. Again if he wants the beat he'll want it tracked out.
Motive:
1. I myself and The Whole Shabang send out our tracks all the time and we extending the oppertunity to other hungry dope producers.
2. We will take a 20% finders fee if in the event one of your tracks lands. Alot of us producers including myself have givin away beats for free or next to no money with only local exposure, Common will give u international exposure.
3. Hurry up. The Deadline to turn in the beats is June.1st.

1. Put your best beats 1st and only(I do stress best beats, I deal with Common and im not going to send him no bullshit and at the same time i gotta listen to all the beats as well)
2. Put them in a folder and zip em up and send it via zhare.com or sendspace.com etc.
