screwed and chopped - ss&c

I was thinking about when a song is s&c and the DJ whos screwin and choppin the beat speaks over the song his voice is normal. But when they release the screw mix and his voice is screwed.. This means the song has been screwed twice? ss&c ? :chinese:

Nah, most of the time he just mixes his 'screwed' voice into the already 'screwed' track. Usually the voice and the song are on two different tracks until they are mixed together.

uh...wtf? how 'bout....doin the mix at regular speed & lets say....talking during the mix, breaks or freestyle over instrumentals, etc, etc and THEN go back & slow the WHOLE mix down. work smarter not harder. that's the way Screw did 'em.

Then just call it Screwed n Chopped or whatever, I don't think the extra S will get you anymore eyeballs or ears on your track, just questions. peace.
