No. You can be charged with unlawful possession of a firearm/weapon which is a seperate crime. You just can't go around showing guns. You need a permit to own a gun, the gun must be registered and if you violate the these laws you'll catch a case.

Not exactly. If I have a permit to own a gun and I get caught with it on my person I may be charged with the concealed weapon charge only because I have a permit to own a gun.
I don't think you do know that because I just went over it for several pages as to why these are SEPERATE penal infractions/violations. If you knew what you claim to now know I wouldn't have had to type it over and over.

Why was he stupid enough to be on a campus he didn't attend? Why was he stupid enough to fight and drop his strap? The question we should be asking is how these questions may or may not be important in the grand scheme of things.
