I looked it up in Google. Controlling the weather, my brother is always talking about this. He is convinced that the government does this type of shit.

so far i know that its invention has been attributed to nikola tesla and that it is a way of controlling the weather and that the government has control over this technology, but it seems to me as though most of the evidence that supports scaler technology's existence is very speculative

Scaler technology as in video processing technology??? The kind of technology that allows you to take a standard NTSC video signal and convert it to a 16 x 9 HDTV output?

I've heard some conspiracy theorists blame the tsunami that hit South Asia on scalar technology. Some believe that it was an earthquake experiment gone wrong, or simply a show of might.

Anyway, some basics I know of are that electromagnetic waves exist all around us and can power machinery without the use of common fuels. Basically, scalar technology allows its users to extract these waves from space. Supposedly, the Russians have been developing this technology since the cold war, and the United States has also mastered it. Apparently their are machines in certain nations with the ability to change the weather, control people's minds, cure AIDS, stuff like that. My physics professor liked to babble about scalar technology/warfare a lot.

Anyway, care to drop some thoughts HERESY?

if it exists why hasnt the government used it in warfare? it seems that would be the first choice of using it...instead of using it to wipe out one of its own cities?? doesn't make sense, i think some of yall just need to get out more
