I feel you homie, my brother suffered from seizures up until around the time he turned 20, it was about 5 years ago when he had his last one. His seizures also came out of nowhere and would come every year aroud the same time, and every time he had one, he would be in a coma anywhere from 4 to 10 days. It took the doctors nearly 7 years to figure out that he had a chemical imbalance in his brain, but to this day we still don't know what triggered the seizures. From what they could figure out , a chemical in his brain called Dilantin, that is naturally produced and regulated by his brain, had for some reason stopped it's production and somehow caused the seizures. He was put on a prescription of Dilantin to help his body start it's own production again, so far it's worked but we'll never know if or when he will have another one.

I, my brother and our entire family send our prayers, stay strong homie... 1 Luv
