Oh yeah, great songs... don't get me wrong.
I had no clue they were that old. They definately don't "sound" old.
Buku is probably one of my favorite Kaliko tracks, it just sucks to know I could've been bumpin' that shit years ago...

Buku needs to be officially released on a CD. Besides a compilation.
Or better yet, more tracks that have originality like Buku should be recorded. It was songs like Buku and 7 Days that got me super hyped for Krizz's album. Now we have songs like Backpack and Yeah Bitch to hype his next run, and though they're not terrible songs, they're definitely not on a caliber like Buku and 7 Days, and definitely not something to really get excited for.

Anyways, back on topic. Good lookin out Kirbs.

you can look at strange music back then and now shits way different used to be more creativity and good to be different. now, they use beats that sound like everyone else, auto tune etc.

buku is still my favorite krizz track.

Everyone keeps ragging on the Auto-Tune, but I think Strange has used it wisely. The only time it was used where I was like, "The fuck? They should not have just done that" is Kutt's verse on Poh Me Anutha.

i dont have a problem with how they used auto tune, they used it how it was meant, it didnt really fit kutts verse at the end. im saying they are just following everyone else with the same sound ( beat selection wise )

i never herd buku :(

7 days is a creative ass song tho
your missing out

I agree with you, although I know why they used it on his verse (T-Pain reference). Still didn't like it though.

I'm just happy they haven't OVERused it.

That song is so much better withs some bass in a car or a real stereo. The entire beat is a heart beat that changes pace... Also an awesome song to thizz or smoke too at times.

I agree, I think every time Tech has used auto-tune it has been excellent. Even on "Just A Girl" he uses it to a perfection. It's been so overused by other artists that it makes people tend to be annoyed with it or displeased but in all the songs I've heard him use the effect it has been good.
