what's abuelita cooking for navidad homegirl?

we gone have tamales de chile rojo (mexicanos), tamales de azucar(mexicanos), tamales de guetemala (mom was married to a chapin and they became a favorite) hot ponche, canela....oh my should I keep going...I just came back from lunch and I'm getting hungry talking about this....

DAAAMN! That sounds sooo damn good! Brat. My abuelita is no longer here :-( So me and Mom's hook it up now.

I know we're gonna make tamales, sweet tamales, arroz, posole (sp?), my aunt is making her homemade pumpkin and pecan pies... and I haven't heard back from the rest of the fam yet, but I know it's nothing compared to your's!!

sorry to hear about ya abuela....my abuela is always inviting people to eat over at her spot...you know them abuelas.....and member my abuela is the one that has a shake with a tequila shot every morning, for the past 16 yrs......it still hurts when she spanks....

Damn! I'ma havta kick it with ya'll Frisco folks for the holidays!! I love those (bunuelos). Mmmm, it's been a long time since I've had the REAL food... nothing like grams & gramps I'll tell ya that!!
