Which ones better, never mind how much Tone has already. If both had the same exposure, which record label would you think is better?

Sav It Out- Lil Dee, Big Tone, Davina N Kev Knocks

Cali Sic- Chino Montana, Young Robbery, Flaco Locs, Mac Eazy and a couple other cats.

I dont like that comparison...I like sav-it-out, Id say its the best label right now out of the bay, and I like chino montana, but cali-sick needs to put out some projects before I say anything else...what do you mean "if they had the same exposure"? Theyre both independent labels out of the same area, what advantages does sav-it-out have that Im not seeing?

i cant really compare either, cali sick hasnt released shit so its hard to imagine how it would be like if they did....but i do hope they actually release shit, i needa hear new shit, i aint trynna put down kev knocks beats whatsoever, its just that it would be coo to hear something new you know?production wise

cali sick actually got a few releases back when i was in mt diablo around 03-04 i used 2 bump the group album CALI SICK-Who Thought........ its a pretty good album got young droop and a few others i own the album i dont think they even sell that album no more
plus im not a big tone fan so i would go with Cali sick

BUT,SINCE YOU DID ASK THE QUESTION...ILL GIVE MY ANSWER....SAV IT OUT...NO IFS,ANDS,OR BUTS ABOUT IT...NOT DISSIN CALI SICK,BUT THEY ARE NOWHERE NEAR SAV IT OUT AS A LABEL....THAT INCLUDES THE WHOLE PACKAGE...PRODUCTION/LYRICS/SOUND QUALITY/DIVERSITY(DAVINA BRINGS THAT WIT HER SOLOS)/ARTWORK/PROMOTION...THEY'VE DONE A VERY NICE JOB AT EVERYTHING..IT SEEMS TONE & THEM JUST TOOK NOTICE TO HOW WOODIE DID HIS SHIT,AND THEY FOLLOWED RIGHT IN HIS FOOTSTEPS...

Chino Montana has a album comming called neighborhood destroyers I think. N yea i forgot lil dees with Cali Sic now. I think Young Robbery n Flaco locs is way better than big tone lyrically. Only thing tone has on them is the exposure just cuz he rapped with woodie. Cali sick n sav it out have some funk between them thats why the question. Yall should listen to them they have heat.

It's not a competition...just a discussion board, it's coo to see what everyone's opinions are on HBR..it's threads like this that keep the board going & the artists can read the fans opinions & take em into consideration


Never heard of Cali Sic till recently....guess I'll try to peep out their material
