the AP writer who wrote that story and quoted Sen. Santorum knowingly and purposefully misquoted him by inserting the word "gay" into his statement.
it would also be nice to know that the AP writer that knowingly mis-quoted Sen. Santorum is married to the head of Senator Kerry's presidential election team.
