You need to go to Gentry's next to lincoln high school. (half a block west of the 4 corners of death)

Black owned barber shop, been in SD before i was born. every barber there's last name is gentry. theres about 7-8 of them cutting hair and women doing styling.

BET on the tv, hella conversations going on, everyones nice and they been cuttin niggas hair for decades.

they still got that old ass "hair style" books with the playboy bunnies in back of peoples heads when it was the shit and you used to just point at what you wanted

one of the last OG barber shops youll still find open to this day. i grew up going to that barber shop. then again due to location, i guess some of yall might not wanna get caught slippin in the barber chair..

that said i bought my own wahl clippers and aint turned back since..

Im fixing too cut off all this hair, been growin it for a long time but since i got a job opportunity, Im ready for a fresh fade.

anyone know of some top tier shops in sd?
