There was a TON of young talent there this year. The winners of the showcase was a group called Event. They are some of The Poppers people. Trajiik was hot, Renegades (young rap group), Mc Faddens sisters on that Alicia Keys, and others. Total of about 18 acts showed. The place was packed! All Trump Tight Records was there (S 2 the B, Dirt the God 94.1 fm, Finesse, II-Sikc, and crew), Popper, B-Rich and Lil Derrick from Mississippi MC'd the event, IDEAL and LLOYD were the national recording artists, and DJ Fresh was on the ones and twos. Turned out to be a good show.
I picked up that new album "The Spade" with S 2 the B's click and its nice.
Trajiik will have some tracks produced by S 2 the B on the next album, along with a hot artist named Loot the Incredible Zig produces and hopefully a Zig beat, possibly Heat Myser if willing, Tekneko Brothers, and more.
