That looks good...How did you make the chicken and what is a potato pack? diced taters wrapped in foil and grilled?

Your steak is still raw, although that is a nice hunk of meat!

That's Medium Rare too. Warm middle.

Don't eat steak if you over cook the shit cuz you're wasting your money on a good piece of meat that you can never appreciate at its full potential.

Ive heard this over and over.

I've watched as people bite coldish, bloody steaks and try and try to tear the meat apart with their teeth.

I've tried and tried. Alas, It is not for me.

I prefer the ability to tear and chew my meat without turning it into a popsicle.

Medium well every time.

The point is that the steak pictured was neither cold nor bloody. And was not cooked rare.

If you are eatting a good cut of steak from a quality source and is of quality grade you could eat it raw and not have to struggle with cutting or chewing. Now if you over cook it . . .

If you like gray leathery meat that's fine, but it is pointless to eat a quality cut of meat if you don't want to appreciate it. You'd be just as well off with the tail and using the left over money to build the fire to cook the shit out of it.
