Not sure about the main sample.

I know that De La Soul/Prince Paul used it on De La is Dead. It is familiar but i cant place it.

naw like Thomas said that bit is from a parliamint track(i didnt know that)-its a ctually a guy singing but the loop is speeded up-(it does sound like a chick singing on this song)---yea i was meaning through the drum beat theres a little tune kicks in now and then and always on the chorus-dont even know what the instrument is-but i know i have heard it somewhere b4-thanks 4 the replies though and thanks Thomas for letting me know where the hook was from
