THE OTHA LITTLE FACE STANDS OUT AND TO ME DOESN'T BLEND WELL. DON'T KNOW IF YOU DID THAT INTENTIONALLY, BUT IT LOOKS CHOPPED OFF AT THE BOTTOM. ALSO THE BAKROUND SHOULD BE MORE DARKER OR VIVID IN IT'S COLOR. IT LOOKS FADED(I KNOW THAT'S THE LOOK YOU WERE gOIN' FOR) BUT THE CONTRAST DOESN'T DO IT JUSTICE.

i think its a good start. I like the textures and ink blots. Couple suggestions tho: Move the street sing so it dosnt over lap the hat of doods minime flick and change the color of the street sign to blend better, iono why but it just looks to real to blend in with all the alterted flicks and textures.

on second thought take out one of the street/stop signs it dont really need to bve in there 2wice
