The tournament rules will be as follows:
-- There will be a due date for everyone's verses. I will post that date in every battle thread just to remind everyone how long they have to drop their shit. The due date will also include a time, if you don't post your shit by the specified time you will be automatically disqualified. If both contestants do not post by the due date & time both will be disqualified.
-- There will be a minimum of 8 lines per verse. Maximum of 32 lines. We don't want to read a damn novel.
-- If you go down in votes by five to none (5-0) you will be "KO'd" and will automatically lose the round. Nobody who has a shot at winning a battle should ever go down 5 to nothing.
-- Don't be hating. If somebody votes against you for whatever reason, don't go into their battle and vote against them just to get back at them. If I see this type of blatant hating the vote will not count.
That's pretty much it. I have one thing to ask of you however.... If you are involved in this tourny please vote on other people's battles. It makes it much easier to get a clear cut winner. Thank you.
