The International Fight League has announced the rosters and dates for their 2007 IFL "World Grand Prix," set for November 3 in Chicago, Illinois and December 29 in Uncasville, Connecticut.
A Wednesday IFL press release stated the tournament will feature four athletes in each of the IFL's five weight categories. The winner from each division will be crowned champion at the final in December.
"The World Grand Prix provides an additional stage for our top athletes at every weight class," stated IFL commissioner Kurt Otto. "In addition to striving for the team championship, the best of the best have the opportunity to compete for an individual championship belt, which will give fans the chance to see great match-ups between the IFL's rising stars."
