I used to know the sample, but I have no recollection of it right now. Gimme a day or two unless someone else comes up with it. You brought back some memories. That is a great song, some heart hurtin' shit. I'ma have to pull that out the archives and listen to it this weekend.

As for rarity: Try and think how many copies you've actually seen. It's a pretty rare CD. I still got mine.

i've only seen it once... the day i bought it at the OG rasputins in san lorenzo 5 years ago. and i remember buying it with 'wu-tang forever' when that first came out

how was that Rondo solo album? I heard people say it was one of the best albums out of the Bay from 1999
